Remedy

Anybody got a remedy for...

1. A kink in the neck
2. 5hrs of sleep
3. Overwhelming sian-ness from having to attend a last-min meeting in the arvo
4. Melancholy

ok 5hrs frm 0500-1000hrs. not too bad on paper but the weird hours make u groggy =))

it's the quality of the sleep that's important though.....5 hours is fine as long as it is big time unconsciousness :)

i tink i cannot take normal opit hrs and sleep at midnite, wake up at 0630 type of lifestyle. i m actually quite happy as it is. sleep when the world is working and work when the world is sleeping =)) sometimes lah

Can sleep, sleep. Cannot sleep also must sleep. Only with adequate rest, you can then handle ur stuff better.
